Works in Ecommerce or Retail
Your friend must work in the eCommerce of Retail sector.

Works in Customer Support/Experience or Ecommerce
Ideally, your friend is part of the Customer Support or eCommerce function, as a Manager, Head of, or Director. Although we’re happy to speak to Founders and Business Owners.

Their business has enough ticket Volume
The referred business needs to be the right size. Their ticket volume and social media usage justify the need for a helpdesk (100+ support requests/day).

They’re not part of your team
Your referral must work outside of your business, with no exceptions.
