How do I know if my referral is a good fit?
Works in Ecommerce or Retail
Your friend must work for a retailer, specifically one that sells a large proportion of its products online.
Works in Customer Support/Experience or Ecommerce
Ideally, your friend is part of the Customer Support or eCommerce function, as a Manager, Head of, or Director – or can introduce us to someone in that team.
Their business has enough ticket Volume
The referred business needs to be the right size. Their ticket volume justifies the need for a helpdesk (100+ support requests/day).
They’re not part of your team
Your referral must work outside of your wider business organisation, with no exceptions.
