How do I know if my referral is a good fit?

  • Works in Ecommerce or Retail

    Your friend must work in the Ecommerce of Retail sector.

  • Works in Customer Support/Experience or Ecommerce

    Ideally, your friend is part of the Customer Support or Ecommerce function, as a Manager, Head of, or Director. Although we’re happy to speak to Founders and Business Owners.

  • Their business has enough ticket Volume

    The referred business needs to be the right size. Their ticket volume and social media usage justify the need for a helpdesk (100+ support requests/day).

  • They’re not part of your team

    Your referral must work outside of your business, with no exceptions.
