Our Story - Always Ahead

Our journey began in 2014, building marketing chatbots ahead of the first wave of their popularity. We deployed these to big enterprises like BMW, Panasonic, Unilever, and more.

We were the first to offer deep learning AI embedded within Salesforce to make customer service agents more productive. This product has been adopted by KLM, Thomson Reuters and others. On the back of that success, we raised over $25 million from notable VCs like Salesforce Ventures, Runa, SquareOne, MMC, Lerer Hippeau, Lowercase.

However, our time spent with customer service agents led to a secret insight - for effective issue resolution, AI needs robust tools, data, and advanced process automation.

This insight is at the core of our mission, which we embarked on in 2020 and now accelerating with generative AI.
